Thank you Kieran. Still I do believe that this is rather a bug (or wanted feature, as there are elements in the queue?) of nng , and not pynng and wonder if it should be issued there?. A socket becomes ready for reading when someone connects after a call to listen (which means that accept won’t block) when data arrives from the remote end, or when the socket is closed or reset (in this case, recv will return an empty string). ///Bind : Binds the Server TcpSock to the Host IP Address and the Port Number.
